A novel simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate isocratic RP-HPLC method was developed validated for simultaneous determination of Dimenhydrinate Cinnarizine applying statistical experimental design. Design experiments (DoE) applied multivariate optimization the conditions method. Three independent factors like; mobile phase composition, phosphate buffer strength flow rate were employed to design mathematical models. Central composite (CCD) study response surface methodology. This used find deepness effects these factors. Desirability function simultaneously optimize retention time resolution analytes. Hence, our present aimed in finding optimized predicted data from contour diagram. Mobile consisted acetonitrile ammonium acetate (pH 7.0, 0.3 mM) ratio 55:45%v/v respectively, at a 1.7 mL/min used.
